Our event photography packages are competitively priced. For larger events we do not charge an attendance fee, which is ideal for budget conscious organisers. For smaller corporate events and private parties our rates are low and regardless of the event and size we never compromise on the quality of photographs we take.

Charity Dinner Dance Photography

We do do not charge to attend charity events, though the same restriction on guest numbers still apply. Our charity package includes a 10% return on photograph sales, donated to the charity of your choice and a free sitting voucher, with print, that can be offered at your auction, should you be running one.

Prom Photographer

Events Photography can guarantee your prom night will be remembered for all the right reasons! We capture your guests having fun and guarantee stunning pictures of you looking your best. We also offer a 10% donation to your prom committee, to boost your budget and make your prom night that bit more special. Discount Photography Package

If you have yet to send out your invites, talk to us first as we can provide excellent deals where we can include a portrait within the price of a ticket. We love ticketed events as it guarantees numbers and allows us to give you the best deal possible on our portrait and event photography. If you have already sent out your tickets, or don't wish to include the cost of a photograph in the ticket price, you still have the option of receiving up to a 20% discount when you buy photo packs up front. Free attendance

For ticketed events of more than 100 guests we do not charge to attend. For smaller events there is an attendance fee of £195. We charge your guests £10 per photograph sold on the evening for a 9x6 inch print presented in a professional looking mount and sealed in a transparent bag. Ideal for protecting your guests photographs from spilled drinks!

Charity donations

If your event is in aid of a good cause we donate 10% of photograph sales to your chosen charity. This excludes any attendance fee. If you are running an auction at your event we can also donate a prize of a free portrait sitting, with print, that can take place at your guests home (subject to location) or at our studio in Central Scotland.

Discount packages

If you wish to pay for your guest's photographs you can bulk purchase photograph packs in advance. Payment is required prior to your event and you receive a 10% discount on packs of 10 photographs up to 100 photographs. For purchases of more than 100 photographs you will receive a 20% discount. Cannot be combined with donations.
